Military Medical Science Letters withdrawn from Scopus database
Dear Readers,
As the Editor-in-Chief of Military Medical Science Letters, I wish to address an important matter concerning our journal's current status with the Scopus database. We have been notified that our license with Scopus has been temporarily suspended. I want to assure you that we are taking this matter very seriously and are actively working towards a resolution.
The reasons cited for the suspension are related to diversity in topics, which do not impact the scientific integrity or quality of the articles published in our journal. Our editorial team is fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication, and we are already in the process of making the necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and resolve any issues raised by Scopus.
I promise you, that reinstating our journal in the Scopus database is our top priority.
We understand this news may be disappointing, but we hope for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time. Your trust in our journal is invaluable.
We will keep you updated on our progress and any new developments regarding this situation.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Jan Korabecny and Vanda Bostikova

After careful consideration and in alignment with the ever-changing landscape of academic publishing, I am excited to announce a significant development that will shape the future steps of our journal. Starting from 2024, we have made the thoughtful decision to terminate the printing version of our esteemed journal.
This decision was not made lightly. We recognize the historical significance of print publications, the tangible connection they offer, and the unique pleasure of flipping through the pages of a well-crafted journal. However, in today's digital age, the world of academic communication is shifting towards more accessible, eco-friendly, and rapid modes of dissemination. Embracing this change allows us to redirect resources toward enhancing our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our readers and contributors alike.
The termination of the printing version marks a new chapter in the story of Military Medical Science Letters. While the physical pages will no longer turn, our commitment to publishing high-quality, cutting-edge research remains unwavering. Vážené kolegyně a kolegové,
