Předmětem disertační práce bylo monitorování kardiotoxicity léčby akutních leukémií pomocí tří diagnostických metod - biochemických markerů srdečního poškození, echokardiografie a elektrokardiografie. Článek shrnuje výsledky a závěry disertační práce.

The aim of the dissertation thesis was to monitor cardiotoxicity of treatment in acute leukemia patients with three diagnostic methods - biochemical markers of myocardial damage, echocardiography and electrocardiography. The article summarizes the results and conclusions of the dissertation thesis.
