THE WORK OF PSYCHOLOGIST-PSYCHIATRIST IN THE 6th FIELD HOSPITAL DURING THE MISSION IN ALBANIA AND TURKEY

V článku jsou vymezeny specifika a problémy práce psychologa u vojenské jednotky - polní nemocnice - působící v zahraničí. Autor uvádí zkušenosti s léčbou duševních poruch pacientů zasažených humanitární krizí v rámci kosovského konfliktu. Současně porovnává a uvádí výsledky psychoterapie u osob bez přístřeší, které přišly o majetek a ztratily příbuzné po zemětřesení v Turecku.

The article defines the specific characteristics and problems of the work of a psychologist in a military unit - a field hospital abroad. The author states his experience with the treatment of mental disorders of patients affected by the humanitarian crisis during the Kosovo conflict. At the same time, he compares and states the results of psychotherapy in homeless persons who lost their property and relatives due to the earthquake in Turkey.
