LEGISLATION CONCERNING WORK PREVENTIVE CARE PROVIDED TO CZECH ARMY EMPLOYEES

Sdělení podává aktuální legislativní přehled, kterým je termín závodní preventivní péče vymezen a podle kterého je tato péče v současnosti poskytována. Autor zdůrazňuje, že tyto obsáhlé komplexní služby jsou na počátku svého fungování. Tomuto stavu odpovídá fungování závodní preventivní péče v rezortu MO ČR. Stát, zaměstnavatelé, ale i zástupci zaměstnanců musí tyto služby, osvědčené praxí ve vyspělých evropských zemích, přijmout a považovat je za jeden ze způsobů, jak zajišťovat ochranu zdraví při práci svých zaměstnanců.

This article gives a topical legislative review which determines the term work preventive care and according to which, this care is provided at present. The author stresses that these extensive complex services are at the begining of their functioning. The functioning of work preventive care within the Czech Republic Ministry of Defence complies with this situation. The state, employers but also employees representatives must accept these services verified by practice in the developed European countries and consider them as one of the ways of ensuring the health protection of their employees.
