The authors present a case of arteriovenous fistula caused by crus wound with a percusion revolver. This case report is interesting because venous injury was not diagnosed during the primary surgical treatment. But it was diagnosed later on after the operation when the complicated course of the operation required angiographical examination. This examination confirmed pseudoaneurysm and fistula findings between a. tibialis anterior and v. poplitea. It was solved by the operation. Pseudoaneurysmorhaphy and removal of fistula were performed.
