Obesity and Microalbuminuria

V práci autoři prokázali vztah mezi obezitou a mikroalbuminurií. Hodnota mikroalbuminurie roste statisticky významně v závislosti na hodnotě BMI (výběrový koeficient mnohonásobné korelace R = 0,904). Zároveň byla zjištěna přímá závislost intenzity mikroalbuminurie na růstu glomerulární filtrace (R = 0,837). Obézní nemocný je tedy rizikový nejen z hlediska rozvoje aterosklerózy, ale také z hlediska nefropatologického.

A significant correlation (R = 0,904) between body mass index and microalbuminuria in 21 patients was investigated. A similar correlation between microalbuminuria and glomerular filtration R = 0,837 was found as well. Obesity as an indifferent risk factor of nephropathologic events is presented.
