The authors describes in their article some preventive anti-epidemic measures which are part of health care of soldiers who depart on missions abroad and return from them. The authors focus, above all, on vaccination against communicable diseases which is the most significant means of protection against these diseases. A Change in the Vocational Training System

In February of this year Law no. 95/2004 of the Digest concerning the conditions for acquiring and acknowledging professional qualification for the occupations of physician, dentist and pharmacist was approved. This law essentially changes the system of education after graduation from a medical faculty. The training for acquiring professional qualifications will be extended. Second specialty postgraduate degrees have been cancelled. This means a significant difference in the new standard from the previous one concerning medical workers and other health service workers. In this article the author describes the educational and nursing process within the extended primary preventive care programme under garrison medical center conditions. In general the text characterizes the educational role of a nurse while carrying out and meeting the aims of this programme. Attention is also partly paid to the problem of educating nurses within the area of primary nursing prevention.

Introduction: The gastrointestinal tract (GIT) plays an important role in the general inflammatory response of the organism. The new nosological unit of the compartment abdominal syndrome even underlines the relationship between the pathological process and the gastrointestinal tract.
