Autor popisuje poznatky Ze služební zahraniční cesty do USA, která probíhala ve dvou fázích. Vprvní fázi byla zahrnuta jazyková připrava, druhá fáze zahrnovala observační kurs ve vojenské nemocnici a účast na kursech urgentní medicíny.

The author describes the knowledge he gained from his trip to the USA which consisted of two parts. The first part included language preparation and the second part included an observation course at the military hospital and participation in ATLS, PHTLS courses.
